Cancellation Policy
At Gray Stone Farm, we carefully prepare each villa and glamping tent exclusively for our guests. As a private mountain retreat with limited accommodations, cancellations significantly affect our operations. We kindly ask for your understanding of the following policy.
30 days prior arrival/booked Date
Cancellations made 30 days prior to Arrival / Event Date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of total amount shall be charged.
20 days prior arrival/booked Date
Cancellations made 20 days prior to Arrival / Event Date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of total amount shall be charged.
14 days prior arrival/booked Date
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to Arrival / Event Date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total amount shall be charged.
No Show and/or Same Day Cancellation
- No Show and / or same day cancellation shall be charged a fee equivalent to full amount 100% of total room charges.
