Farm Policy

Our Farm Policy is designed to ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for all guests—helping us preserve the comfort, privacy, and relaxing atmosphere of Gray Stone Farm.

1. Property Regulation:

  • Gray Stone Farm (“Farm”) accommodates parties or events.

  • While inside the Farm, please be aware that you are staying in an exclusive 4-hectare fruit and vegetable
    orchard with flowering plants. As such please strictly observe the following policies:

    • No picking of fruits, vegetables, plants and flowers

    • No Smoking – there are designated areas for smoking in the vicinity

    • No feeding of Farm dogs. Please treat farm dogs nicely.

  • The atmosphere of the Farm is conducive for peaceful leisure of the guests and must be maintained at all
    times. Guests should respect designated quiet hours after 10PM and keep disruptive noise to a minimum
    i.e. loud music, shouting, constant stomping, and slamming doors/windows.
  • Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited. A fine of Php10,000 per house rented will be imposed if
    caught.
  • Tampering with fire fighting equipment such as the fire extinguishers will result in immediate eviction.
  • Firearms and deadly weapons are strictly prohibited in all our facilities and rental properties.
  • Dog or cat pets are allowed but must be declared and registered. Maximum of 2 pets only. Size must be
    small to medium. Please refer to the Pet Friendly Policy. Should our staff find snuck in pets a fine of Php1,
    000.00 per pet will be charged.
  • Clean as you go. Guests must not leave food or beverages unattended in the patio, balcony or common
    areas as courtesy to other guests, to prevent rodents and insect infestation, and to prevent the farm dogs
    from eating the food and beverages.
  • The farm house is for exclusive family use and not a full service hotel. Please do not treat our farm staff as
    on-call housekeepers.
  • Please provide your own indoor slippers. Outdoor footwear is not allowed inside the house to help
    prevent guests from tracking mud, dirt, oil and other contaminants and to cut down on the possible
    transmission of disease carrying bacteria.
  • Bath towels are provided.
  • Each shower is provided with 2 in 1 hair and body gel. Each sink is provided with liquid hand soap. If your
    skin is sensitive to using products other than what you are accustomed to, please bring your own to avoid
    any skin irritations or discomfort during your stay. The Farm will not provide body lotion, cotton buds,
    toothpaste and toothbrush.

2. Pool Etiquette

  • The pool is open from 7:30AM – 8:30 PM daily.
  • No running, rough play, diving or any other unsafe activities in the pool.
  • Strictly no eating or drinking in or beside the pool. Tables and chairs are provided in the decking or gazebo
    area for the said purpose. A penalty of Php10, 000.00 fine will be charged for guests that violate this rule.
  • Please wear proper swimwear such as swimming trunks, rash guards, and bathing suits for those who wish
    to use the swimming pool facility. Please do not wear leisurely clothes such as cotton shirts and shorts,
    basketball shorts, and other clothing made of similar materials, as it will damage the pool filter.
  • Nude swimming is strictly prohibited. Despite the farm being private, we have our cleaning and farm staff that will still go around the property to do their tasks and they are not used to the concept of public
    nudity.
  • For checked in guests, please avoid entering the house while wet. Shower room and dressing room is
    provided beside the pool.

3. No Lifeguard on Duty

  • Guests must pay attention at all times to their children when swimming to prevent injury or
    death. We highly encourage an adult who can swim to supervise the children at all times when
    swimming.

4. Kitchen Use

  • The kitchen is stocked with the basics such as kitchenware, dishwashing liquids and sponge,
    refrigerator, rice cooker, oven toaster, gas stove, BBQ grill is free to use and charcoal is sold
    separately. Guests must observe aftercare through cleaning the used appliances and returning
    them back to their respective places as courtesy to other guests. Please bring your own kitchen
    towels, aluminum foil or cling wraps.
  • Should there be any damage on the appliances; a repair fee will be imposed on the following:
    • Refrigerator –
    • Rice cooker –
    • Oven Toaster –
    • Stove –
    • Gasul –
    • BBQ grill –
  • In-house guests renting the Gazebo are permitted to use the kitchen free of charge.

5. Booking, Check-in and Check-out

  • Advanced booking is required. No payment confirmation, no booking.

  • Site visits are permitted upon confirmed appointment and availability of the property.

  • Upon arrival of all in-house guests, Daycation and Day Pass guests, are required to register and
    attend the orientation regarding the rules to be observed in the Farm.

  • Self-check in with the Farm in-charge. Check in and Check out times are as follows:

    • Check In: 2PM – 6:30PM

    • Check Out: 11AM the following day

  • Should there be no bookings before or after your booked date, we may permit early check in or
    late check-out with the following rates:

    • Don Manuel – Php1, 500.00 per hour

    • Eugenia – Php500.00 per hour

    • Villa A to Villa D – Php500.00 per hour per villa

    • Camp Glamp – Php500.00 per hour per tent

    • Mahogany Private Villa – Php1, 000.00 per hour

    • Calathea Villa – Php500.00 per hour

  • No time offsetting. In cases where the guest arrives beyond check in time, it is not permitted to
    extend the check out time the following day. Should you wish to extend your stay, refer to the
    following charges stated above and inform us immediately.

  • The in-house guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the
    guest paid has not yet expired.

  • Foreign guests and foreign passport holders are required to submit a scanned copy of their
    passports and provide information on their date of arrival and departure. Their temporary
    address or residence in the Philippines should also be disclosed, if applicable.

6. Security Deposit

  • The farm in-charge will ask for a security deposit upon check in. It will be returned upon check
    out after the house, villa and tent have been inspected. Security deposits per accommodation
    are as follows:

    • Don Manuel – Php 5, 000.00

    • Eugenia – Php 2, 000.00

    • Villa A to Villa D – Php 2, 000.00 per villa

    • Mahogany Private Villa – Php 4, 000.00

    • Camp Glamp – Php 2, 000.00 per tent

    • Calathea Villa – Php 2,000.00

  • The Farm can make a claim on the deposit for any damages on the property.

  • Guests shall report any damages or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.

  • If anything is found to be damaged or missing, the price of the damaged or lost item will be
    deducted from the security deposit.

  • Should the price of the damage or loss exceed the security deposit, the Farm reserves the right
    to charge the guests until the full amount has been repaid.

7. Headcount

  • Upon arrival at the property, the Gate keeper will conduct a headcount prior to entry.
  • Kindly be accurate in providing a headcount for your group. We will permit a maximum of 2
    non-staying guests accompanying our in-house guests for a maximum of 1 hour. If non in-house
    guests stay for more than 1 hour or use the pool, they will be charged for a day fee of Php500.00
    per head until 6:00PM with a plated meal.
  • Drivers and household help that accompany the in-house guests are included in the headcount
    and are charged a regular rate whether they sleep in the room or not.

We have the right to refuse entry or refuse service to guests that do not comply with these rules.


Our farm staff will be briefing our guests prior to entering their units. Should you have additional
inquiries or requests after the briefing or orientation, kindly coordinate with our staff in charge.
