Cancellation & Rebooking Policy
At Gray Stone Farm, we carefully prepare each villa and glamping tent exclusively for our guests. As a private mountain retreat with limited accommodations, cancellations significantly affect our operations. We kindly ask for your understanding of the following policy.
1. Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required reservation fee / down payment.
The reservation fee is non-refundable but may be rebookable under certain conditions stated below.
Full payment must be completed before check-in unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellation Policy
A. Guest-Initiated Cancellations
30 days or more before check-in:
Reservation fee is non-refundable but may be rebooked once within 3 months (subject to availability).15–29 days before check-in:
50% of the total booking amount will be forfeited.14 days or less before check-in:
100% of the total booking amount will be forfeited.No-show or same-day cancellation:
100% of total booking is non-refundable.
3. Rebooking Policy
Rebooking is allowed once only and must be used within 3 months from the original booking date.
Rebooking is subject to availability.
If the new date falls on a higher rate (e.g., weekend or peak season), guests must pay the rate difference.
Failure to use the rebooking within the allowed period will result in forfeiture of the payment.
4. Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events
In cases of:
Government travel restrictions
Natural disasters
Road closures
Official public safety advisories
Guests may rebook without penalty within 3 months, subject to availability.
Refunds may be considered on a case-to-case basis only if the farm is unable to operate.
5. Reduction of Guests / Shortened Stay
Reduction in number of guests does not qualify for a refund.
Early check-out does not qualify for partial refund.
6. Date Changes
Date changes are considered rebookings.
Must be requested at least 15 days before arrival.
Subject to availability and rate adjustments.
7. Management Rights
Gray Stone Farm reserves the right to:
Cancel bookings due to safety concerns, maintenance issues, or force majeure.
Refuse guests who violate house rules.
Enforce the cancellation policy fairly and consistently.
8. Agreement to Policy
By confirming a reservation and paying the reservation fee, guests acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
Gray Stone Farm is a quiet mountain escape nestled in the uplands of Cebu City—about a 25–30 minute drive from the city center via Transcentral Highway. It’s known for its serene, nature-filled setting ideal for families, couples, and solo travelers who want to get away from busy city life.
