Cancellation/No show Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival/event date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of total amount shall be charged.
Cancellations made 20 days prior to arrival/event date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of total amount shall be charged.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival/event date, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total amount shall be charged.
No show and/or same day cancellation shall be charged a fee equivalent to full amount 100% of total room charges.

Gray Stone Farm is located at Hamtik, Babag 2, Cebu City, along the upland area near Transcentral Highway (TCH). It's about 25-30 minutes from Cebu City proper and 5-10 minutes away from M. Lhuillier, turn left. We have road signages on the way to the farm.

How do I make a reservation?
You may book directly through our official Facebook page, Viber, WhatsApp, and website, or by contacting our reservation team. We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and holidays.
Is a down payment required to confirm the booking?
A reservation is considered confirmed once the 50% down payment has been received and verified.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online bank transfers, GCash, and cash. Payment details will be provided upon booking.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our booking policy. Guests are encouraged to contact our reservations team as soon as possible regarding any changes to their reservation.
